At Mi Isla Caribe, each piece is thoughtfully curated as part of a limited, boutique collection designed to feel special, exclusive, and uniquely yours.

Due to the nature of our collections, we currently offer exchanges or store credit only.

✧ Exchanges & Store Credit

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you choose.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We gladly offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or

  • The item is unworn and eligible for an exchange request

✧ Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, items must:

  • Be requested within  30 days of delivery

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be returned with proof of issue (photos/videos if applicable)

✧ Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Provide a replacement item, or

  • Issue a store credit if the item is no longer available

Our goal is to make sure you still receive a piece you love.

  • Photos (if reporting damage or incorrect item)

  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be approved

  • Mi Isla Caribe reserves the right to review and finalize all requests
